Lindsay Lohan will be turning 21 on July 2. Ellen asked what she’d be doing, and Lindsay replied that she was going to "milk it". She says it will make a lot of her friends happy. Many of those friends own clubs and, finally, Lindsay will actually be legal to go in them!
